Our Prosecco DOC derives from the hillsides of the Dolomites. It is a fine wine with a unique character that reflects the gentler slopes of the DOC area.

Millesimato Brut

Prosecco Rosé DOC is a Brut sparkling wine that is derived from grapes grown in the Prosecco DOC area, cultivated according to classic and traditional techniques and that have maintained their quality and distinctiveness over the years. Prosecco Rosé is made from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir.

This represents the traditional wine of Valdobbiadene, produced according to a traditional wine-making method involving natural refermentation in the bottle. It is distinguished by the presence of a yeast deposit at the bottom of the bottle, which gives creamy notes and hints of bread crust.
